How this process works

  

 

1.  Contact Silverstate Forensic with a request for an expert witness

 

2.  We will email you the expert’s current curriculum vitae and fee schedule and confirm the expert’s availability and complete a conflict check. 

 

3.  If you are interested in setting up a teleconference call with this expert witness, Silverstate Forensic will organize the call at no charge. 

 

4.  Once the client has agreed to retain the expert witness, Silverstate Forensic will invoice you a retainer to start the case.

 

5.  A memorandum of understanding is completed, stating you have retained the services of  the expert witness through Silverstate Forensic LLC. All invoices will be billed to you by Silverstate Forensic LLC. All payments should be directed to Silverstate Forensic
